AMALGA-WRAP is designed from new technology that uses the principles of amalgamation to create a wrap that when stretched an additional one-third its lengthened wrapped around pipes, electrical cable, wires or hoses, begin to bond and meld with itself to form a solid material. This solid can act as a sealer, insulator or wrap as if it is made of one piece. AMALGA-WRAP can be used as an insulator for electrical lines and can even form a waterproof seal for electrical connections. AMALGA-WRAP can be used to wrap or tie cables together on a permanent basis as AMALGA-WRAP has no adhesive to it and it only bonds to itself.

As a sealant, UV6800? is an excellent insulator against water, corrosion from salt spray, mildew bacteria, most chemicals and vibration.
